Using the Ag360 national risk maps
The maps are in “play” mode, cycling through the 5-day period with 3 seconds on each day — watch the dates and risk colour pattern change progressively.
Arrows and play/pause buttons at the top right corner of each map allow you to move to one of the days and pause the map progress.
There are 4 risk maps:
Flystrike risk for Adult ewes
Flystrike risk for lambs

Flystrike Risk – Ewes
This map predicts the risk of flystrike in adult sheep from forecast rain and temperatures across Australia in the next five days.

Flystrike Risk – Lambs
This map predicts the risk of flystrike in lambs in the next five days from forecast rain and temperatures across Australia. After rain, flystrike risk is much higher for lambs than grown sheep.

Cold Snap Risk – Shorn Sheep
This map predicts risk for sheep up to six weeks off-shears, not surviving a big drop in temperature – a cold snap – in the next five days across Australia.

Cold Snap Risk – Lambs
This map predicts the risk of losing lighter and multiple-born lambs up to three days old from chill – cold, wet and windy weather – in the next five days across Australia.
Sign up to Ag360 to receive alerts up to five days ahead of extreme chill risk at lambing. Use the warning to keep your lambing ewes on the most productive paddocks where possible, and on sheltered paddocks when necessary.
